FAQ – How do I delete my account on the mobile app?
We respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. You can request deletion of your Congo Basin account at any time using one of the methods below.
Option 1: Delete your account inside the app
- Open the Congo Basin mobile app
- Log in to your account
- Go to Settings
- Tap Account
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm your request
Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed.
Option 2: Request account deletion via email
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by contacting us:
